Terms and Conditions for Using ZONA AI Products

1. Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for using Zona AI, a service owned by AZZAM DIGITAL NETWORK. This document explains the terms & conditions for submitting a refund request.

a. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through account settings.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
During the current period, Zona AI features can still be used until the subscription ends.

b. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided, except in the following conditions:

  • System disruptions or downtime exceeding SLA standards.

  • Billing errors: double charge or wrong plan.

  • Requests made no later than 14 days after the problematic transaction.

c. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@zonaai.space

  2. Include account details + a description of the issue

  3. Our team will review it within a maximum of 7 business days

If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days to the original payment method.

d. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup / activation fees

  • Custom development work

  • Services that have already been provided before cancellation

e. Policy Changes

AZZAM DIGITAL NETWORK reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately after being published on zonaai.space.

2. Delivery Policy (Service Delivery) Company: AZZAM DIGITAL NETWORK

Zona AI is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) service delivered digitally.

a. Service Delivery

After payment is successful, access to Zona AI will be sent directly to the registered email.
There are no physical goods.

b. Account Activation

After registration, users will receive an email with login instructions.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact support@zonaai.space.

3. Service Access

After payment is verified, all features according to the package will be activated automatically.
If there are access issues, contact support immediately.

4. Service Availability

Zona AI is designed to be active 24/7, however:

  • Scheduled maintenance may occur (notification will be provided).

  • If sudden downtime occurs, the team will handle it as soon as possible.

5. User Support

The support team is ready to help during operating hours.
